Claire at reception went above & beyond to help Me with scanning and sending off documents- was absolutely Fantastic. Ashley the cleaner went above and beyond to help us take all our belongings upto reception for the Uber, And the office ladies who had to deal with me being sick & helped me out with a late checkout, as I was sick, though I confused it with another Hotel. Basically, I wasn't a great guest as quite ill, though they ALL put up with me & were still happy to Help. Definitely a great crew works here & a Fantastic park for the kids. Thankyou for putting up with me.

We came here for an overnight camping trip as a suprise for my husband's birthday and it was magical. The pool is warm (perfect for cooler nights), the slides are ridiculously fun, theres a play ground, go karts, a pontoon on the creek (great for crabbing). We had such a fantastic time and will be making this our regular family camping spot due to it's location and family-friendliness. The facilities have kitchen, hot showers, toilets, rubbish, communal camp fire, food trucks (great for morning coffee), restaurants (wasn't open when we came).

Such a great spot for young families! My family of 4 spent 2 nights in one of the glamping tents, which were really nice. Pros: Beautiful spot next to the river, great pool and slides, nice place to have a drink overlooking the pool, the hired karts were really fun and we enjoyed the free mini-golf too. Glamping tents were lovely with all amenities needed. Everyone really friendly and such a great atmosphere. Cons: Glamping tents very expensive and beds not very comfy, food limited at the cafe, with breakfast only served on weekends. Didn't sleep well due to sun pouring directly onto our faces in the main bed, and the campsite is quite noisy. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit, especially for families with children between 4-12 years. Lots to do!

We recently stayed in the Safari family tent. Absolutely stunning location, right next to the river. Beautiful big grassy area directly in front of our tent, ideal for the kids to play. Beautiful spotless tent, huge king bed and 2 single (1 mattress for 3rd child set up!) in a separate curtained room. Kitchenette ideal and included everything you need. Bathroom is great, cute bath and great water pressure on the shower! Deck and bbq area fab! Could’ve used a sink outside to clean the bbq but we made it work! Cannot fault the accommodation in any way! Activities for the kids to do, snake show, archery, wildlife show, disco, colouring competition, scavenger hunt - all at absolutely no extra cost! Fire Pitt was such a good touch for roasting marshmallows! Jumping pillow and putt putt we didn’t use as there was no shade in these areas for the kids. Communal toilets and laundry - spotless Play area - sand floor and shade made it perfect for the kids! The pool area is amazing, clean, non stop fun on the 2 water slides for the kids, splash pool for the younger ones, shallow and deep areas in the big pool. The only fault - I wish it wasn’t as this place had been faultless until the last few afternoons. The pool, including sun loungers, cabana’s and play area can all be accessed by day guests for a fee (identified by a different wrist band to overnight guests) Being the Easter holidays the park is already full to the brim with the excited kids using the pool areas. The day guests, including big groups for birthday parties took over all the cabanas, loungers and filled the pool to the point of it being too busy and dangerous for our 3 young children. Unfortunately the parents of many of the older children (8+) were utilising the bar/cafe and not supervising their children. Bad language, wrestling with floaties, pushing and running were witnessed by our children, we also lost 2 floaties with kids just taking them! We had to pack up and leave the pool area on 2 occasions. When you are paying $580 a night, I feel it’s not good enough to have to leave because of day guests who have entered for a $20 fee. We would return because the location and accommodation is amazing, we just would have reservations because of how crazy busy the pool area and seating became.

We stayed in the “Tradewind” Airstream caravan and were really excited for the novelty and “cool” factor of the experience. While it definitely has charm, the van itself feels quite dated and only partially renovated. That said, it does include all the basic comforts you’d need—hot and cold running water, air conditioning, 240V power points, a TV, microwave, and a gas oven—so it’s still functional for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the park itself. It’s a lovely place to stay, with amenities that feel relatively new and are generally kept clean—even during busy periods. We visited over the Easter weekend, and despite the crowds, the facilities were impressively well maintained. Overall, a unique stay with a great location, but the Airstream could benefit from a more complete refresh.
