We really enjoyed our cabin and staying so close to the beach. Walking just two minutes to watch the sunrise was a great experience for my family, and the holiday park was nice and clean. It is also a short drive to most of the hotspots and attractions in Port Stephens. We would definitely use an Ingenia Holiday Park again in the future!As a small piece of feedback, we did notice our cabin had a lot of pet hair left on the sofa. I highly recommend introducing a higher cleaning fee for families traveling with pets, as clearing hair off the furniture and dealing with pet stains requires a lot of extra time and effort for your housekeeping staff. We know how it feels because we have a Chihuahua at home, and leaving a mess behind for others to clean up is really not fair to the staff or the next guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ingenia Holiday Caravan Park! The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and approachability stood out, especially Chris, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to local attractions, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabins were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall great experience. Great place to stay, especially that my 2 cats could join the stay. Four star rating because it can be better with cleaning- the cabin we stayed in was a bit dirty (cutlery, plates, couch), and the hand/body wash containers in the bathroom were both empty. The amenities blocks were clean, the cabin and sites are spacious. Clean beds, hot water with OK showers. It’s situated right next to the beach with easy beach access. There’s also a pool and a hot spa (had to clean out debris). The camp kitchen was fantastic.

From before and in the moments you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness and professionalism that simply cannot be taught. A heartfelt thank you to Taryn and Britt in Reception, Bookings and Administration. Your friendly smiles, willingness to help and genuine care make every interaction effortless and enjoyable. You don’t just check people in you make them feel like they’re already home. A very special thank you also to Chris, the Park Manager, whose leadership is reflected throughout the entire park. It takes a great team to consistently maintain such high standards, and that starts from the top. To Browny, Anthony, Paul, and the other wonderful maintenance, caretaking and cleaning managers & staff whose names I didn’t catch, thank you. Your hard work never goes unnoticed. The amenities, grounds, gardens and facilities are kept in absolutely impeccable condition every single day. It is obvious you all take enormous pride in what you do. What impressed us most is the consistency. Every day the park is spotless. Every day the staff greet you with a smile. Every day there is a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes you genuinely want to stay longer. This isn’t just somewhere to park your caravan. It’s a place where people genuinely care. It’s a place where you feel welcomed. It’s a place where memories are made. To the entire team at One Mile Caravan Park,thank you for your passion, your professionalism and your kindness. We recently lived in this place. We had family cabin booked. Very very happy with the service. We needed some things to be done for the kitchen, there was someone who came to help within 5 min, service on point. Location really good, beach walkable distance. BBQ area has fridge and also Big TV in that area. Rooms are spectacular and everything so beautiful.
