Stayed in the caravan park for a week. Facilities were great, clean, sites were well looked after (although it was very wet). They have a central fire pit which was lit when it didn't rain. Staff were friendly and accommodating!

A very nice quiet & tidy park! We stayed in a * One Bedroom Standard - Dog-Friendly Cabin * for 2 nights in May 2026. The One Bedroom Standard Cabin - Dog-Friendly 101 was very good. * New 2 person Sofa / Sofa bed * Dining suite for 4 * Fully self-contained kitchen, with new Microwave, induction cooktop, all the cooking utensils, crockery you need, the benches are a little lower then you are used to, but this is Ideal for those in a Wheelchair. * Main bedroom has a new Queen size bed (so comfortable) * Second bedroom has a Double bed * Reverse cycle air-conditioning * TV * Bathroom is well set up for those in a Wheelchair * Front deck had an outdoor setting. * Security screen Thank you for an enjoyable stay π

I truly dislike leaving feedback that isnβt entirely positive, and itβs rare that I do so. However, after our recent stay, I feel itβs important to share our experience to help future guests and provide the management with an opportunity to address some maintenance and service concerns. The Positives: π There were several aspects of our stay that we genuinely enjoyed. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the inclusion of quality toiletries was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the full-sized fridge, and the effective air conditioning which kept us warm during the cool nights. The park facilities, particularly the clean pools and the communal fire pit area, are great assets to the property and the wildlife was a delight. Areas for Improvement: π While the cabin is advertised as having "extra space," we found it quite tight for four adults. The secondary bedroom is very small with minimal storage, (no storage in 2nd room, limited in main bedroom) meaning most of our group had to live out of suitcases on the floor. We also encountered a few maintenance and cleanliness issues: Maintenance: Both bedroom sliding doors would stick if closed fully, requiring significant effort to reopen again. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi unfortunately did not connect/work at any point during our stay. Cleanliness: While the bedrooms were tidy, the hard floors were quite dirty upon arrivalβso much so that the bathmat turned brown immediately. The portable stovetop also required a good hard scrub to remove the oily surface before we could use it. We attempted to clean the floors ourselves, but the mop provided was in such poor condition and there was no dustpan available. Amenities & Service: We were initially provided with only three towels & 1 washer for four adults. When we requested fresh towels after three days, we were disappointed by the reluctance by the female staff to assist. Being told that accessing the storage room was an inconvenience, as she would have to walk over and enter the code, felt like a lapse in basic customer service. A Note on Checkout: Our most significant concern was our departure. As we were packing the car, a member of the management team stood in a nearby doorway and watched us for nearly 10 minutes with his arms folded (while the other female from the office and the cleaning lady were inside that cabin). This felt quite intimidating and made our group feel very uncomfortable during our final moments at the park. Summary: Overall, this is a good property for short visits and the sleeping arrangements are excellent. We hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit intended, as a few small adjustments to cleaning protocols and staff interactions would truly elevate the guest experience. π

Staying at Ingenia Cessnock was a wonderful surprise. Located on the doorstep of the vineyards we couldnβt have asked for a more convenient spot. Our rooms in the two bedroom villa were more than comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 couples with a completely decked out kitchen with all mod cons. It was spotless and we were impressed with our view of and proximity to the pools, one of which was heated adding to its appeal coming into autumn. Staff were accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend it and will definitely return ..

Had a 2 night cabin stay at Ingenia and I must say the facilities are great. Staff were very helpful as I was coming in after hours and left great instructions. Bed was extremely comfortable which for me made my stay even better. Camp kitchen is well equipped with BBQ's, hot plates and even a pizza oven. Great playground for kids as well. I would definitely stay again.
