We camped in our own tent (not in a villa). The staff are super cheerful, and the camping facilities are outstanding. Multiple outdoor kitchens (oven, microwave, stove, BBQ, hot water, kettle, toaster), washing machines, hot showers, pool, outdoor lounges, playgrounds, go karts, dog play areas. Very dog friendly. Amazing. You don’t need to bring anything except a tent (or campervan) and a towel.

We had an amazing stay at Ingenia Byron Bay! From the moment we arrived, the ladies at the front desk made us feel so welcome. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The extra care and kindness they showed really made our stay special. It's rare to come across such genuine, attentive service, and we truly appreciated all of their help. Thank you to the wonderful front desk team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Our family stayed at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay for one night during our family road trip, and all I can say is… wow! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, as our original cabin had been booked for additional nights. The upgraded cabin was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The cabin featured two bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry facilities, a cosy lounge area, two sets of bunk beds in one room, and a comfortable queen bed in the other. Everything was beautifully presented with modern fixtures throughout, including the kitchen and bathroom, and it was spotlessly clean. The facilities around the park were fantastic too. There were vending machines, a great BBQ area, a swimming pool, and go-karts that the kids absolutely loved. We all had an amazing time, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better either, with just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect base to explore beautiful Byron Bay. We genuinely wish we had booked more than one night. I would absolutely recommend Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay to any family looking for modern, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Hideaway Tent for 4 nights & absolutely loved it!!! We’ve been away travelling for nearly 4 months & this was our favourite stop of the trip. The room itself was so comfortable and felt very luxurious. Clean amenities around the site & plenty of kitchen space so we never had to wait to cook. It was nice that you could pay contactless for laundry, as we’ve been to lots of coin-operated laundrettes and never have the right change! Friendly staff and a lovely coffee shop open in the morning too :) despite being located a bit further from the Main Beach area, we managed fine with the bus. They aren’t very frequent throughout the day but is a quick & easy way of getting around if you time it right!

We had two nights staying on an unpowered site. We have a fairly large caravan and struggled to fit. I noticed that all sites were very small and everyone was really jammed in like sardines. I’m glad that we only were staying there for two nights in transit to our next location. I would certainly be pretty disappointed if I was staying there for a longer holiday. The bathrooms were appalling in our area. There were four women’s and four men’s bathrooms, including shower. When I took my kids to shower, I could not find a clean shower cubicle to use. The two available had hair clogging up the drains and was all over the floor. It must be a common problem because there’s a large squeegee mop which you’re encouraged to use after showering. There were two unisex toilets available and they stunk of urine. The flooring of these toilets were wooden floorboards and I think that urine had soaked into the floorboards overtime and there’s probably nothing that can be done to remove that smell. It was really disgusting. Otherwise, the location is fine. There’s a small pool and a small playground which my kids enjoyed. There is a jumping pillow which was not properly inflated so could not be used. My kids were fairly disappointed. I scoping out other caravan parks in the area before booking here. I will note, however, that the staff were great on check-in.
