An excellent location. Close to cafes, pubs and pristine beaches. My only note is that we thought to be quite lucky it wasn't peak season. Getting a caravan of average size (19 feet) in and out would be quite the challenge. Lucky there was no one camped beside us or it would seem there would be no way to get out! The laundry was $6 per wash and dry with the option to pay eftpos. I believe it's time to get into the Laundrymat business.

Holiday Haven Huskisson Beach, Unit 29: A great spot right on the beach We arrived late afternoon and were straight into it, check-in was all done online so we just rocked up, grabbed the key and threw our bags in. Unit 29 is a great cabin for its location. You walk out the front door and you're basically on the beach, just a short stroll across the driveway. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a deck out front. Main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and the second room has bunks, which was perfect for the kids. The bathroom's a combined shower and toilet (no bath), and the shower itself was great, plenty of hot water the whole stay. The cabin was very clean and had that familiar disinfected smell you get with most short-term accommodation. It's got reverse cycle air con and a dishwasher, and everything worked without a hitch. If it matters to you: the Wi-Fi wasn't great. We had trouble connecting, and when we did, the speeds were slow. We switched to using our phones' mobile data instead, which worked fine since we weren't doing anything that needed a solid connection. Check-out was just as easy, dropped the key back and that was it. No fuss, no inspection drama, and they had the room cleaned straight after we left. The beach right out front is the real drawcard. It's inside the bay so there's no surf, just calm, protected water, perfect for kids or anyone who just wants to swim without getting knocked around. We visited in late June, so it was properly cold, but the local cold water swimming group were still out there every morning. Mad, but they clearly love it. Would genuinely recommend this place for a beach holiday any time of year, summer or winter.

We had a great weekend away with my son’s football team. The kids loved cycling around the park, table tennis, swimming and the tennis courts. It’s also only a stone’s throw from the beach! The rooms are clean and comfortable, we will definitely stay again.

The position and amenities are good, but the sites are very poorly maintained. We were in a bushland camp area, the ground was uneven with patches of poor grass and dirt, the whole place got muddy and slippery as soon as it rained. They need to fix up the site surfaces and driveway gutters. They are charging for those sites the same as well maintained ones inside the park ground. In the middle sites the ground is lower then the driveway, campers were in a ditch that turned into a swamp and had water seep inside their tents

Amazing location on one of the best white sand beaches. This park is also located within an easy walk to town and near a fabulous bike park that goes right along the coast with stunning views of Jervis Bay. Facilities are a bit old but clean, pool is mainly for kids but adults have the sea! Highly recommend this as a stop off point especially for overseas visitors. We stayed on a powered site on Astro turf, which was great. I’d avoid the gravel sites if you can. The cabins look good, lots of variations and sizes. Staff are lovely.
