Huon Hill rises 263 metres above the Murray and Kiewa floodplains near Wodonga, offering spectacular 360-degree views across Lake Hume, the Kiewa Valley, the Alpine Region and beyond to the snowfields. The parkland features seven kilometres of varied walking tracks, from short 200-metre walks to three-kilometre trails, with composting toilets, barbecue and shelter facilities. Regular wildlife sightings include kangaroos and occasional deer, with the site also hosting 100 nest boxes supporting the threatened Squirrel Glider species.
