⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool Beans! Awesome owner, clean amenities..and the 🚿 showers - Hard and Hot 🔥. Great location, close to coffee/General store. ✌️Gave us a great sheltered spot from the wind even as a late checkin 7pm. Will definitely be back 😊

Great location. Small town. Nice swimming and beaches nearby. Office staff so helpful when we were in a bind. Older amenity block near me but newer one just over was great. Loved our stay with quiet pleasant atmosphere

Great spot. Walking distance to beach and General Store. Sites are wide but shallow so make sure you tell them the size of your van including draw bar and any rear mounted stuff. The staff can then allocate a site accordingly. Hot and clean showers with amenity blocks looking modern.

Great little caravan park. 2 amenity blocks one new one older both nice and clean. Lovely friendly staff. Bit exposed to the wind at times on the front blocks.Sites behind the cabins are better protected.

Very disappointing experience with customer service. We had a booking for March 31st but were forced to cancel due to a cyclone in Western Australia and major road closures — completely outside of our control. After cancelling through Booking.com, we were informed there would be no refund, so I called the caravan park to explain the situation. The staff member I spoke with (Amber) was dismissive and lacked empathy. I was told the booking was non-refundable because the roads were “open from their end,” and was even asked how refunding us would help them financially. This response was quite shocking given the circumstances. I requested to speak with a manager and was told they would say the same thing. I still have not received a callback. What made this even more frustrating is that all other accommodation providers we had booked with were understanding and issued refunds due to the extreme weather event. I understand cancellation policies exist, but some level of compassion and reasonable discretion in situations like this should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience came across as both inflexible and unprofessional. Would not recommend based on customer service alone.
