We travel full-time and we have stayed at to many parks in our time to name all . But in saying this we stayed here for 2 weeks as our car has worked done in near by warnambool.. Our experience was not only nice but the service of the team especially the ladies at the office was superb one we will remember and thank you to all the workers . I work as a hospitality consultant so I'm all ways looking for that exceptional service and this park had achieved well done and thank you from my family to yours Shawn & Tilly

First up. The park itself is well maintained, green grass for your site. They put on things for the kids which is great had free music one night which was aslo great. Now the bad stuff. Their amenities are disgusting. After the toilet had apparently just been cleaned i went in. Still poo on the bottom of the toilet after it had been cleaned???? Toilet brush was laying on the ground behind the toilet after it had apparently been cleaned. Then when you flush only the half flush button works which means you have to wait for it to fill to flush again. The toilet buttons dont get wiped and there were finger prints all over them, again this is after it had been cleaned. Next day i go to use the toilets and they were closed for cleaning so i went into the family toilet. It had poo on the seat so i left. Came back half an hour later used the main toilet. On the way out checked the family toilet and it still had poo on the seat. This is after they supposedly cleaned the toikets. My daughter in law went in after they were cleaned and there were dead insects under the seat. Obviously not cleaned. You need to lift your gane. This is a health and safety issue

We recently stayed at the NRMA Warrnambool Riverside park for 5 nights (we had a tent FYI - powered site). Our stay was relatively pleasant, however we had the unfortunate incident where a group of 'new Australian' families (6 in total) were there at the same time and had no respect or consideration for guests from noise in the evenings/mornings to spreading themselves all over and around the communal kitchen and taking up all the fridge room! It was quite sad tbh, they were there for at least 2 to 3 hours in the morning and evenings cooking their foods that have strong odors. In the end I had some choice words with one of the guys as this happened on 3 occasions I and we tried to 1) cook and 2 wash our dishes. I believe the park management need to have a sign-up to drum home to certain people to be mindful and respectful of others when using the communal facilities around cooking/washing etc. Fridge space was a little scarce 2 small fridges for such a large camp site but we made do. Amenities all good, very clean park and has been mentioned on here the location is 10kms out of town itself. Adam and Hayden were lovely from the park and we had a pleasant time.

Look this Caravan Park is beautiful. Although a bit off the beaten track, but quiet, well maintained and staff are well pretty good. My only 2 little gripes. 1. There is not enough recycle bins around the place, particularly for bottles and cans, mostly just RED bins that go straight to landfill. They should double up on the bins and next to every Red Bin put a recyclable bin right next to it. I see it in all the other NRMA parks so why not here? 2. My second grip is, I have stayed at at least 20 NRMA Parks within the last 12 months. Every single Park sends you a SMS the night before saying would you like to extend your stay, typically at a discounted rate (around $10 off). I went to extend my stay by 1 day this morning and even got charged 10% more ! I questioned the SMS and the lady concerned said, and I quote " Well we are so busy we just do not care - We have 108 bookings for the weekend" Well not very good business guys. You may have 108 for the weekend but today 29/10/2025, the park is nearly empty. Lucky if 20 people would be here (apart from full timers). Just think that is a really poor attitude and attitude by certain staff members and procedures should be addressed by management.

We camped here recently on our way through on the GOR. Fantastic park. Green grass on every site. Very kid friendly with the indoor and outdoor pool and impressive games room. The park feels safe and secure just that little bit out of town (11mins). Lovely bathrooms - with an impressive 'floor mat provided' feature! Something id not seen before! Definitely recommend if you're coming through.
