We were meant to spend 3 nights camping here but checked out a day early due to the extreme winds. Like other reviews say, camping by the water when it’s windy is very uncomfortable and would not recommend so do check the weather. This however was the only damper of our stay here. The amenities are great, on site restaurant has really yummy pizzas, love all the local wildlife and the service was superb. They in fact offered refunds to people who were leaving early due to the wind which was very kind. It is a huge campground / caravan park - whether you are wanting to tent in a remote bushland, be on the lake or power your van up, it has style and space for everything. We will definitely be returning

First timers as tent campers. We went in winter and agree with shower ventilation. I left the showers feeling humid and moist, and I can't imagine what spring and summer would feel like! It does need electric ventilation to push fresh air in and hot humid air out. The amount of toilets do feel lacking for the size of the grounds, however I waited in line only once during my 2 night stay. Restaurant food was great and we didn't wait too long. I recommend booking in advanced. People did party loudly on a Friday night but Saturday seemed ok. It was windy so all water sports were closed which was a bummer. I would definitely go again. If you go, you should consider your own cooking equipment as the kitchen only has 2 bbq hotplates. The kitchen was filled with over 10 phones trying to charge which seems like a fire hazard but luckily we brought our own power bank. NEG: at least 30min drive to get food supplies. but firewood for $15 is down the road. Check WIND before u go. Anything over 11kms ruins your experience.

We stayed here in our Caravan from 1st July till the 8th July. We have a big set up woth I.5m caravan and 6.5m truck, the reception team were understanding and helpful, got in easily. Toilets and Bathroom Showers were great. Great spot to check out all that Noosa has to offer only a 30min drive away. Best of all the have a great Brewrey woth lovely food on site I loved that. Will be back for sure.

I've stayed at Habitat Noosa more than three times, and it's always my first choice for a camping getaway. I love the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere and being surrounded by nature. Seeing kangaroos around the campground makes the experience even more special. The facilities are great, and everything you need is close by. I highly recommend Habitat Noosa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable outdoor experience.

The feedback from visitors from the last 5-7 months highlight consistent issues that haven’t been addressed. The location is incredibly beautiful and well located to tackle some of the walks in this area. There are definitely insufficient bathrooms for the amount of campers. This has been mentioned over and over again in previous reviews. There are 12 women’s showers for all the campsites. As mentioned in other reviews, lighting is very dim and the ventilation is non-existent. There’s 2 toilets in the main hub and then another 6 or 7 in the toilet block closer to camping. These were insanely busy - especially when the toilet block was closed for cleaning and all campers and day visitors were using the 2 toilets at the main hub. The kitchen is way too small for the amount of campers. It features two bbq hot plates which were in demand - one large group was cooking 12 burgers and sides while other groups were waiting for the second bbq. There’s three small sinks for wash up. There are only big skip bins by the main hub which is quite a walk depending where your site is located. The sites are closely packed together. The day visitors accessing the walks will also be waltzing through the sites. There are loud and obnoxious campers with loud music and screaming that aren’t considerate of fellow campers. The waterfront sites are quite busy with foot traffic and campers waltzing through campsites to get to the waterfront. It’s not a peaceful stay near the Noosa everglades. It’s a great option for families, big groups or casual campers that want to eat at the restaurant on site. There are some other quieter options for a peaceful stay in this area while still being on the lake.
