Goulburn River National Park stretches 90 kilometres along the Goulburn River and features two riverside campgrounds: Big River and Spring Gully. Both sites offer non-flush toilets, picnic tables, and BBQ pits surrounded by shady trees, with excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, and birdwatching along wide sandy banks. Campers must pack all water and supplies, as none are available near the park. Reach the campgrounds via 30 minutes of unpaved road from the highway. Bookings are required.
