Stayed in powered motor home site. First night was ok with female shower and toilet facilities clean. Returned Sunday night and facilities filthy with toilets unusable and no toilet paper in cleaner toilets. Showers also dirty. Menβs showers had many out of service. Disappointing visit.

We had to take up camper van site with power on short notice at this place. We got asked how many people, I said 3, 2 adults and 9 yr old. She said something about policy for 9 yr old and checking with manager. Came back on the phone to say yes she got approval for 9 year old but we had to pay extra $30. We are staying in a camper van! What difference does it make with a 9 year old for this policy to charge extra? Insufferable.

I wish Iβd read the reviews before staying here! The toilets and showers were filthy, and the whole place had a strange, prison-like atmosphere with strict rules and warning signs everywhere. The unpowered sites are basically just car parking spaces lined up side by side, offering no privacy or room at all. To make matters worse, theyβre charging $15 for sanitary pads that retail for around $3. Profiting off essentials like that is completely unreasonable.

Just spend 3 nights on a powered site. We've readed some mixed reviews about the camping. We are a couple not looking for a party camping and a camping close to Byron Bay. You can walk to the main beach and the shops and restaurants, it was just a 10 to 15 minute walk so that is perfect. There were some comments about the camping kitchen and the toilets and showers. But they were perfect, showers are good and we made good use of the bbq's. Pick youre time when to eat because it can be busy around eating time haha. We first were planning on staying 2 nights, but after the first afternoon we booked a night extra. This was no problem and we did not have to change to another camp site! So if you are looking for a good camping close to the town, good facilities and no noise of the party's in byron bay this is the one.

Was really looking forward to staying at this place with 7 others in 2 campervans! We didnβt realise it was a quota of 2 people per camper van (which is totally fine, my mistake!) but we were greeted by a man on the reception that was so infuriated by our arrival and booking mistake that he decided to just cancel our stay altogether. The lady that was on the desk was so so kind and explained everything very well, but we were honestly shocked at the carry on of the guy on the desk who repeatedly said he was the manager (even though we dealt with the manager later who was also lovely to deal with) and was just way too aggressive to be working with the general public who are prone to making mistakes every now and then! I hope the guy on reception can fix his attitude and that the lady on the desk gets a raise for having to deal with him!
