Reception is extremely slow also didn’t get a room by the end of it… Finally got to the pub to eat, ordered the pork ribs and not sure if it’s normal for the bones were soft. Any how knocked a few bones back with out realising I cut into them. Terrible taste, completely put me off, didn’t finish. Got out of there asap.

We read the reviews with trepidation, but it was all fine. The facilities were adequate, and as clean as anywhere else I have been to. Yes, they are not state of the art, but they were functional. And lets face it, its those who use the facilities that mess them up, and if the screen door is left open, insects will come in. There was a security guard at night. There were lots of other campers and bus tours overnight and we felt safe.

5 stars for the food!! We came for a stop over and did not except much but we had the Wednesday night Sri Lankan Hopper and it was AMAZING. Otherwise we camped and it was fine - just a normal campsite

Appreciate the location, however,the service is passable without being great and room 20 should definitely be avoided given the bed is right next to the window which is directly above the pool pump/filter which ran loudly all night. Extremely disappointing that we were placed in this room when the lodge was not fully booked-perhaps the staff require a bit more training

Drive through caravan site was easy to negotiate. Fully paved and level. Quiet park with good facilities. Men's shower and toilet block could use an upgrade but clean and very usable. The staff are great. Couldn't be happier with the service.
