Fingal Beach is a glorious 2-kilometre white sand beach tucked beneath the distinctive Fingal Head basalt rock formation, created by lava flows over 20 million years ago. The calm, secluded beach is one of the most photographed locations in Port Stephens and is family-friendly and accessible, with patrolled swimming in summer. It's a popular surf break during southeast swells and offers excellent fishing opportunities.
