Park was great but very disappointed by the amenities! Laundry was over priced considering I had to cycle the dryer twice and my clothes were still very wet (with no option to be air-drying in the winter). Also camp kitchen doesn’t open until 8 which is not practical at all and had to leave my groceries behind in the fridge because of an early morning. Overall wouldn’t recommend if you only have a simple set up and need better access to amenities.

I had a deluxe cabin; it's a beautiful cabin with all the facilities of a five-star hotel. The staff also look professional. I am definitely going back to stay again next time, and I have already shared this good news with my friends who love traveling so they can have the experience with Big4 Tasman Warrnambool. Listed as a big4 park was very disappointing. Good location but the park itself needs some serious updating. The ensuite site was handy, but very dated and could do with a deep clean and renovation. Laundry facilities were available but old and not well looked after, over priced didn’t wash or dry clothes completely. It’s okay for a short stay, but definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The only positive was the indoor pool, the spa was out of order we were not notified about this as it was something we were looking forward too. Two ladies in reception were very lovely and helpful, unfortunately for the price won’t be returning.

Such a great place! We stayed in a cabin over Easter and it was so comfortable. It’s especially good for kids my 2 year old absolutely loved the playground. The hot pool is a massive plus. What really stood out, though, was the incredibly friendly staff. One of the team members noticed my daughter was a bit scared of the Easter Bunny and kindly gave her a lollipop to cheer her up, which made her day. To top it off, the lovely lady at reception invited her to get her face painted during checkout. I was so touched by these gestures; they made us feel truly welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

I was on an ensuite site. I have stopped at this park a couple of times in the last few years. It is very neat and well maintained with an extremely well equipped and clean camp kitchen and general amenities. There is a very large indoor pool, Rec area and meals room and BBQs. All staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful. The only downer is the small shower in the ensuite, but otherwise they are clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic only requiring a gentle 10 min walk to big brand supermarkets and the CBD. It's a great place to stay for all camping demographics. I will happily stay again
