Loved our stay in this caravan park. We had a powered site on the foreshore with direct access to the beach. Large cement slabs with grassy spaces in between. The amenities are clean with instant hot water. An easy walk to the Tavern and local shops We also ate at the 3 Emus Restaurant further along the beach. Thank you to staff who were proactive when we alerted them to a generator being used in the park. We will return.

We were 1st time carivaners, everyone was so friendly and helpful! We had incredible time at lancelin holiday Park and definitely will be back! The park is a 5 stars! the amenities were fabulous!!!! Pool, BBQ area, jumping pillow and play ground for the kids and a coffee van that is open weekends that sell food and coffee, the coffee was amazing too! You can also take your dogs!!! Thank you greatly!

Hands down the best caravan park I’ve ever stayed at - and for such a great price!!! We asked if we could be close to amenities and they placed us literally steps away from them! And it made such a difference to our stay for real. The staff were all amazing, we used the pool and the table tennis - all very fun! (Although the spa was a bit cold for me lol) Town is just ab short five minute stroll as well - there’s so many cute little shops and beaches to check out! We will most definetly be back again

I recently stayed here for a camping trip and had such a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was enjoyable. I was even moved to a better spot, which I really appreciated, especially with the strong winds. They also kindly helped me set up my tent, which made a huge difference. There was so much to do around the park—an indoor pool and spa, jumping pillow, playground, kitchenette, and BBQs scattered throughout. It was perfect for both relaxing and keeping busy. Everything was kept incredibly clean and tidy, and you can really tell the team takes pride in maintaining the park. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception who was so helpful and genuinely cared about making sure my trip wasn’t ruined by the weather. Her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. The location is also unbeatable, with the beach right next to the park and the most amazing sunsets to top it all off. They even sent text messages for polite reminder to drive carefully due to kids riding around and when the kitchen went down due to unexpected emergency works. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, friendly, and activity-filled camping experience.

★★★★☆ We had a lovely stay at Experience Lancelin Holiday Park overall. The ocean view is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The indoor heated pool and spa were fantastic, especially for relaxing after a long day out. There are also some great facilities for families, like the rec room with a ping pong table, which was a nice bonus. However, the rec room itself could use better upkeep as it tended to be quite messy during our stay. The camp kitchen is spacious and nicely renovated, but unfortunately it wasn’t always kept clean—there were often food crumbs left on the tables and floors. More regular cleaning would really improve the experience. One downside was the ablution blocks, which are quite old and only moderately clean. Additionally, the tap water in the kitchen is very hard and slightly salty, which caused quick scale build-up and even rusted the base of our kettle after just one use. The campsite can also get quite windy from late afternoon through to midnight, which is something to be mindful of. We noticed that some guests didn’t always follow the park’s pet policy, with dogs occasionally seen off-lead in common areas—even around the camp kitchen. On a few nights, the noise level didn’t reduce after 10pm as expected. That said, it was reassuring to see that the park administration was actively addressing these issues. Overall, it’s a great location with excellent views and good amenities, but a bit more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and rule enforcement would make it an even better place to stay.
