Very rude management we booked for a week and when we arrived got told we didn’t have a booking even though I had confirmation and had paid was told it was Gday park site that stuffed up so what do you want us to do about it unbelievable. Then husband rang me to have another go at me saying he was sick of grey nomads and retired people which I’m neither they really should find another job be aware of this park

My daughter in law rang to try to book a cabin for 2 weeks.. never heard such a rude receptionist ..will never ever stay at this park. They need to have a lesson on how to speak & communicate to people. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. I am absolutely disgusted.

G'day parks Emerald was great. Called in last minute and accommodated us, no worries. The amenities were older, but very good. Each toilet is like an ensuite with a shower in there too..... and there were plenty of them. Close to everything. Plenty of trees for shade. Nice roomy camp kitchen. All at a reasonable price.

If you want to stay where your business is valued, don’t stay here! We have stayed at hundreds of parks across the country. The people that run this one are as rude as we have ever experienced! Aside from mucking up our booking; failing to get back to us after promising to do so; and the frankly disgustingly dirty toilets; they tried to charge us $30 for a lost toilet key that had fallen off the tag (we still had the tag) because of the completely inadequate way the 2 were attached to each other! When we protested, we were shouted at! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that understands customer service and values your business!

Stayed in a cabin for two weeks and had a very poor experience. The cabin was infested with ants, including on the bed and inside my luggage. I used insect spray, but it did not help. When I reported the issue, customer service was very rude and said it wasn’t their problem. For the price paid, I expected basic cleanliness and proper support. Unfortunately, this was not provided. I would not recommend staying here.
