Duranbah Beach is NSW's northernmost beach in Tweed Heads, just metres from the Queensland border, and is renowned worldwide among surfers for its consistent, high-quality waves. The 350-metre stretch of sand faces east and is exposed to swells from multiple directions, making it consistently rideable even when other beaches are flat. The southern end features amenities including barbecues, sheltered picnic areas, and facilities with hot showers, making it ideal for both surfers and families.
