Wild majestic therapy for mind body spirit and soul. Twin Falls in Springbrook can take you back to ancient times 23 million years ago as part of the massive Tweed Shield Volcano, which was 80km across and 2km high. The area features 100-million-year-old vegetation roots, 1,500-year-old brush box trees, and ancient volcanic rhyolite cliffs sculpted over millions of years by erosion.

This is a must do!!!! Not enough words to describe the sheer beauty of this place. Make sure you walk behind the falls and also include in your walk Black Fellows Falls. Truly incredible. You can swim at twin Falls lovely big waterhole at base of Falls. Lots of gorges and overhangs and amazing scenery.

The whole Twin Falls track is pretty amazing: circa 5km long & easy-medium difficulty. The hike features not only the Twin Falls, but a couple of other waterfalls as well, a nice walk through the rainforest and beautiful views onto the GC. My highlight: The path under the waterfall, pretty unique & so memorable! One of the coolest and most diverse hikes I have ever done.

Our family did a day trip to the Twin Falls which did not dissapoint. Its so peaceful with the trickling water fall being able to be heard during the trail down to the water where you can have a swim. The natural landscape and green follage is beautiful with a view of the goldclast allong the trail. There are different levels of hikes suitable for beginners to advanced. Whilst our family with young children did the walk to the water falls we spoke to a local who loves running the trails. When we visited there were alot of people visiting which was so nice to see everyone taking the time to explore and enjoy this beautiful place. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful. The water was fresh but enjoyable. Great little spot to go to and the walk in is pretty easy too. There is a long 14km hike as well if you are into that. The sites are amazing. There is plenty to see. Very relaxing.
