Cudmirrah Beach is a free entry beach on the NSW south coast near the villages of Cudmirrah and Berrara. Berrara Beach, between two rock reefs, features a car park, picnic area and public toilet, with the northern reef sometimes sheltering the beach from swell for good swimming. Cudmirrah Nature Reserve Beach (also called Berrara South) backs onto pristine bushland and is accessible only by paddling across the creek at low tide. The southern end of Cudmirrah has the Berrara mermaid pools, a popular swimming spot on warm days. The area is bordered by scenic Conjola National Park, and Swan Lake is nearby.
