Corinna sits on the banks of a primitive river in Tasmania's western wilderness unlocking the Tarkine rainforest's secrets, featuring accommodation cottages, tiny campground, and visitor centre/tavern/restaurant/shop. Unpowered camping sites suit tents, camper trailers, motorhomes, and caravans with donga-style toilets, showers ($2 coin), laundry facilities, and $40 unpowered site cost. Activities include walks, kayak routes on the Pieman River, and tours of this gold-rush-era town abandoned after mine closure.
