We stayed 2 nights with the campervan. N It was busy but not loud. Lovely facilities with a swimmingpool, small beach and river to swim in. Also near the reception there is a cafe for coffee and small bites

Milkshakes at the cafe was very nice. Staff were helpful and kind, we got to meet their dog who was friendly. Turtle and fish feedings were fun. The pool was very relaxing and nice. The walk at the back of the park is a good walk for the end of the day. I recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Cairns. Not much nearby though but not a big problem. We even extended our stay!

For budget accomodation, I stayed in the 2 Bedroom Family Unit with my 5 children and there was so much space. Kids loved the pool and visiting the fish and the turtles. Great value for money. And the playground/river around the corner in the neighbourhood is walking distance, fantastic to play and swim with your kids.

Great location, self-catering cabins are brilliant everything you need to ensure that your stay is comfortable and the everyday conveniences are available. Bed are comfy so a good nights sleep making working the next day better. Staff from booking to check out have been fabulous and booking in staff for accommodation has been very good. If your stay is for short or long term Coolwaters here has been very good, recommendation from our staff staying has been excellent. This place has been exceptional ladies quick to resposne to my never ending changes and requests for our staff when working nights has been excellent.

Booked 3 family, 3muns & 4kids + under2! I believe it has just renovated so very clean and everything fresh! Everyone has own beds and all mum could even bring their partners comfortably. The common pool, shower n toikets are also newer/ renovated or very well maintenance. Has own BBQ was a bonus. Highly recommend
