A wonderful experience close to city and yet feels like you are away from all the hustle. Everything is well thought out, tents were good, plenty of washrooms across the island and very clean. Kitchen was done well we enjoyed the bbq and the firepit. Would like more games in the games room and if the games room could stay open till late would be great.

We stayed in a waterfront tent. It had a comfortable stretcher bedding, towels and chairs. The showers and toilets are modern and clean and the camp kitchen is very good. The service of the staff is excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The island itself is very interesting and provides an excellent overview of the different periods in Sydneyβs history.

Cockatoo Island is amazing and it provides a simple accommodation great for one night if you want to be minimalist. If you stay longer youβd need to bring more essentials

We stayed here during a rainy weekend and still had a great experience. The tent was small but really comfortable and warm. The location is perfect β lots to see and do, and the ferry makes it super easy to get around. Onsite security made us feel safe overnight. Donβt forget to bring your own cookware if youβre self-catering!
