Coogee Beach in Fremantle has almost 4 kilometres of turquoise-fringed coastline just 30 minutes from Perth and minutes south of Fremantle. At the northern end, Coogee Maritime Trail provides a circular snorkelling and diving route featuring the atmospheric wreck of the Omeo, which sank in 1905. Easy access with ample parking makes this an ideal spot for families seeking clean waters and outdoor activities.

Besides kangaroos, the most unforgettable thing about Perth is probably its endless variety of beaches. This beach is just like a part of Perthβs charm. Life here feels slower and simpler. Here's a beautiful space to spend the day at with wonderful sunsets and cozy ocean breeze

The most famous fossils here are "Thrombolites," which look like rocks on the lakeshore but are actually living structures formed by the long-term deposition of microorganisms, known as "living fossils." Scientists believe they are very similar to the earliest forms of life on Earth and are of great significance for studying the origin of life on Earth and the formation of oxygen.

Coogee Beach is such a beautiful and relaxing spot! The water is usually calm and great for swimming, and the beach is clean with good facilities like toilets and showers. Can get busy on weekends, but overall a perfect place to chill and enjoy the ocean. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a bit of healing, letting the kids play, or simply sitting and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. Definitely one of my favourite beaches in Perth! ππ§‘
