The 46-hectare Cecil Hoskins Nature Reserve in the Southern Highlands features a scenic viewing platform offering vistas across the surrounding landscape. Over 90 bird species inhabit the reserve, with around a third being waterbirds dependent on the lagoon. The Weir View walking track provides an easy walk along the southern bank with excellent birdwatching opportunities. Located near Moss Vale, accessed via the Highland Way about 2km north of town.
