While park itself has limited camping, 12 nearby campgrounds serve the region. NRMA Capricorn Yeppoon Holiday Park is 40 minutes east of Rockhampton with large grassy caravan/campsites, cabins and villas on a quiet beach with easy access to restaurants and Yeppoon shops. The Capricorn Coast Region offers coastal caravan parks, shaded sites, beachfront tents and rainforest/reef-fringed wilderness stays. Bluff Point Walking Track offers incredible coastal views over bays with sea turtles.
