Fantastic location to Canberra, and all the attractions of the A.C.T. The park and staff were friendly and very efficient, clearly the staff understand customer service and what is expected by tourists. I camped in the on the artificial grass, quite good, although the surface underneath surface was too hard for my pegs. The brand new camp kitchen was spotless and warm, considering I stayed early May - so cold. Highly recommended to any age of visitor to A.C.T.

We stayed at Capital Country Holiday Park with Camp Quality for a family group weekend away. We really enjoyed the park and facilities. The cabins are a little dated but comfortable and clean. The split system ac kept us nice and warm over night. The kids had a wonderful time playing putt putt, soccer and baskets ball. It was too chilly to use the pool unfortunately. The staff were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. The park facilities are well maintained and tidy.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming, I extended my stay twice and they fixed the booking with a smile. The park itself is lovely, good facilities, quiet, safe and friendly. The dog freedom sites are fabulous, all the sites were roomy and comfortable. Quick drive into Canberra. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Canberra or passing through.

I am really surprised that this doesnβt have higher ratings. Yes, it is a 20 minute drive from town, and yes the amenities are old and are in need of refurbishment, but it was lovely and spacious, quiet (especially for January school holidays), had amazing hot water pressure, free mini putt, a playground, pool, and multiple camp kitchens and amenities blocks. Would definitely stay here again!

Early January camping holiday - Positives - clean and tidy park and pleasant large treed camping sites, friendly service; noted that for those taking dogs, there are special fenced in sites which seems like a great idea to let your dog roam in your own fenced site. Negatives - amenities block could use an update; no shade over pool area; on a hot day I was looking forward to a morning swim before it was too hot and before kids hop in the pool - still being cleaned at 8.30 am; although not the fault of the park - the location is a 20 minute drive to main Canberra attractions as a sightseer. Overall, the park looks clean and tidy with many bins placed around.
