I do the 14 klm loop. Leaving from Ben Nevis Park. Corner Barossa, and Dulbin ave. Sunny walk most the time, can be hot. There's a mix of landsacap depending on tracks. Worth tacking water bottle for most. 40+ mm rocks in sand stone area can be hard on ankles when running. And there is plenty of gentle but sometimes long incline and decline. Wide paths suitable for large groups I take a narrow track for the final approach usually which can be hard to find. Take a phone and or map with gps first time, once on the track it is very clear. It just a little easy to walk past. The cliffs are a great midway destination. Indigenous sacred site, the are Male and Female area for ovevious reason when you are there. You get the view from the mens site. The white rock and caves are the female site from my understanding. Some tracks are close to the creek, the main track is all weather. 3-4.5 hour walk. Regrowth forest from logged area.

White Rock is a great spot for anyone who enjoys hiking and a bit of adventure. It does come with some risks and there aren’t many services nearby, but that’s part of what makes it special. It’s a quiet, almost hidden place, perfect for spending quality time with family while taking on a bit of a challenge. The scenery and atmosphere make it a really rewarding experience. This was my second visit, and it didn’t disappoint. Just keep in mind that parking can get quite busy on weekends. Overall, an awesome experience and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy nature and a more secluded setting.

This was my most peaceful walk here so far. It was a Thursday, outside of school holidays, and it was raining. I did not see a single human after leaving the car park and when I returned at 5:30pm my car was the only one there. But at least it was there. Some parts have got progressively more eroded and rough in the few years that I've been going and it's definitely not a smooth walk in the park. The White Rock Ridge Trail and the White Rock Trail deserve their Level 5 & 4 ratings.

Nice walk for around 7.5 km. Avoid coming back by loop as the rocks are steep and warning sign is placed there. It’s absolutely free and has toilets at the start point. Plenty of free parking.

The trails were well maintained and easy to follow, with a great mix of relaxing walks and slightly challenging climbs. The views from the top were absolutely stunning — totally worth the effort. The fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and natural beauty made it a perfect escape from the busy city life. Loved spotting wildlife along the way and the overall cleanliness of the park really stood out. It’s a great spot for families, beginners, and even regular hikers looking for a refreshing outdoor experience. Highly recommend visiting early in the morning for cooler weather and the best views. Definitely one of the best hiking spots in QLD — will be coming back again! 🌿
