Burleigh Heads Beach is something special, especially at sunrise. We usually walk down toward the northern end near the North Burleigh Surf Club, and the colours over the ocean are incredible — deep reds, pinks and gold reflecting on the water. It’s peaceful early in the morning with surfers already out catching waves and locals enjoying their walk. One of the best places on the Gold Coast to start the day. The beach is clean, the views are stunning, and the sunrise never disappoints. A beautiful reminder of how lucky we are to live here.

Illegal campers everywhere, over a dozen sites , one even has a fire pit , plenty of cigarette buds , needle kits , condoms , just disgusting Perhaps the Council should spend some of Tax payers parking revenue they are now raking in , on staff to clean this filthy beach. Nothing like the clean Coastline of Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW or Wide Bay Beaches. It is an embarrassment to the locals and Council need to get it cleaned up... been like this for far too long. Certainly not family friendly. Just a few of the illegal campers... they always have cigarettes and lots of empty alcohol boxes and bottles...

Beautiful coastline and walks and cafes and restaurants and other clothes shops. Everything you need all walking distance from the beach but always crowded especially weekends. There is a great walking trail between Burleigh Beach and Tullebudgerra along the coast. Definitely worth a visit!

It’s a really nice place for a surf , swim and plenty of parking depending on the time of day you go there . There’s a parking area just past the Burleigh pavilion . There’s a couple of places to grab a coffee including the kiosk .
