Fabulous country pub with very friendly welcoming atmosphere ... Staff were amazing & very helpful ... It was a very busy day yet everyone was so pleasant & friendly ... 😁🤩 Live music by "Neil Douglas" was excellent & really made the day most enjoyable ... 🎵🎤🎶 Food was superb and great portion sizes also ... It was my first time visiting however I will definitely be returning I had a terrific day ... Hats off to all for making the day most enjoyable ... Last night was my first visit to this awesome country pub. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. So much fabulous merchandise to check out. Our dinner was amazing, Thankyou so much, we’ll be back for sure 💋

Great pub! Highly recommend. Worth travelling half hour for, otherwise definitely drop in if your driving passed. Was super impressed with the downstairs dining / games area and the decks. The food was also great. The servings however were a tad small and some things were a little over cooked but a great menu and worth the price. Would like to see pints and jugs available for those days where you don't wanna keep walking back to the bar. Either way will be going back as much as I can and can't wait to come when there is live music on.

We had lunch here today, the meal was great but the chef stuffed up the peppercorn gravy. Gravy with whole peppercorns dumped in , not cooked for a few hours, They were hard and crunchy. We complained and got a free drink each. Great service otherwise and a lovely pub with great staff. We will be back and hopefully they learn how to make real pepper gravy.
