About Border Ranges National Park

Border Ranges National Park (31,729 hectares) straddles the NSW-Queensland border as part of the Gondwana Rainforests World Heritage Site. Located on the rim of an ancient volcano, the park offers walks through spectacular subtropical rainforest, waterfalls plunging into gorges, sparkling creeks, steep escarpments, and over 40 Indigenous cultural sites. Mount Lindesay (1,183m) is the highest peak.
