One of the most beautiful sunrise viewpoints in Western Australia. Reaching the summit requires a 3.8 km hike, but every step is worth it. Starting early in the morning and walking through the peaceful bush as the sun rises is an unforgettable experience. πŸŒ„πŸ₯Ύβœ¨

Bluff Knoll around 6.4 km, is honestly one of the best hikes I’ve ever done, but also one of the toughest. It’s really physical, with a steep climb and you definitely need strong legs for it. But the view at the top is absolutely breathtaking. Totally worth the effort an unforgettable experience.

Oh, that was a fantastic experience! The breathtaking view was simply incredible. Completing this comfortably requires a good level of fitness, I camped the previous day to catch the sunrise, which was absolutely amazing.

We kicked off our hike in the dead of night at 2:45β€―am, phone light on and spirits high. The trail pushed us from the very beginning, and it took about two hours of steady climbing to reach the summit. Along the way, we crossed paths with plenty of fellow adventurers making the same early‑morning ascent. The climb was tough, but it felt like the perfect challenge to wake the body and mind. As we neared the top, the sky began to glow, and we were rewarded with a breathtaking sunrise around 4:55β€―am. The wind was fierce at the summit, so taking photos became its own little adventure. We spent about 30 minutes soaking in the views and capturing the moment before starting our descent. Going down took roughly an hour and a half, bringing the total hike to 3.5 hours. The hike was demanding, but absolutely worth every step. Make sure you carry plenty of waterβ€”you’ll need it. A headlamp is essential if you’re hiking in the dead of night around 2:00β€―am, and don’t forget to bring a walking stickβ€”it makes the climb so much easier. FYI, the trail is about 6.5km return and usually takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on your pace and fitness level. It’s a manageable distance, but the terrain can make it feel a bit longer, so please go prepared

Lovely walk and amazing views from the summit. It took us 4 hours return with our kids who are 9 and 11 years old that was with lots of stops! The track was quite busy due to being school holidays when we visited. There are toilets in the carpark and make sure you carry water with you. Great family day out.
