Lovely affordable stay right on the creek. It is on the highway but positioned nearby to some nice vineyards and away from town which we liked. Overall would recommend - spacious sites and amenities were clean. $1 for 5 minute showers which was fine for us - do understand why as they are often in a drought.

This park has potential but unfortunately was overshadowed by an unpleasant experience with the owners. The park itself is in a lovely setting but the lack of staff presence & communication caused several issues. We didn’t receive our usual arrival info with site & check-in info. We needed to call & wait til someone arrd as no visible manager or staff available onsite. The amenities went uncleaned & unreplenished over the next few days. We had booked Bath Haus experience but ongoing construction around the facility meant the ambience wasn’t as advertised or expected & not going to be suitable. When we attempted to cancel, we were unable to contact anyone by phone or in person. Despite explaining this, we were still charged due to their 24hr cancellation policy. While we understand policies exist for a reason, guests need to be able to contact staff when required especially when the service is impacted by construction. I enquired with workers who said doubtedly, it would be finished by our booking time. This park has many positive reviews but read through to the negative. Similar comments, poor treatment by owners even rude & aggressive. The manager has had fantastic reviews, unfortunately he was away at this time. Up the road Country Style Holiday Park. Many awards ,Outstanding Host Awards,Travellers Choice,best QLD experience 2026..Happy & Safe Travels… This owner has replied with lengthy derogatory untrue comments & this has been the response in many past reviews. Doesnt accept replies or criticism well..

Absolutely loved our stay in The Hidden Tent …. Glamping. Despite the cold crisp mid winter night, the tent stayed warm. At bedtime the heated blanket allowed for a cozy bed, and plenty of blankies kept the cold away. Fantastic facilities 🥰.

Absolute treat! We stayed in a little cabin on wheels which was parked up in the corner of the park over looking the bush and farmland. Our son, partner and dog who were in their rooftop tent, were strategically place beside our cabin.. this made our stay perfect.. we had the best of the outdoors and a gorgeous, modern, comfortable, cosy, cabin to relax in.. . added bonus was the fire pit with provided firewood which we cooked out dinner on .. . thank you so much!! We will highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🥰

Highly recommend! We stayed at the Stanthorpe Holiday Park in a powered site over Easter and had a fantastic time. Onsite facilities were clean and well maintained. The park itself was lovely and well set out. We were also lucky enough to be there for the first "tasting train" which was a great experience. The owners are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Would stay here again!!
