We love staying here as a family. The new indoor pool area is so good all year round. The new cabins are very comfortable and there are fantastic facilities at the park, including a new basketball ring (I'm sold with just the ring) It's walking distance to many wonderful sights, and only a short drive into town. We love location of the park and the quality of the cabins. The service is wonderful.

This was our first time at this caravan park, we stayed there for 3 nights. We were incredibly impressed with the 3 bedroom Villa, the interior was excellent. From the size of everything to the comfortable pillows on the King size bed. The Villa overlooks a basketball court and a small pump track. Our tween children used both. The track and court weren’t noisy at all and it was great to watch them play from a few metres away from our balcony. The kids loved, loved the indoor heated massive concrete swimming pool with 2 slides. My husband and I went and bought swimmers to join them. We had the pool to ourselves and it was very enjoyable. The location was so close to the Blue Lakes and nature reserves. We have stayed in many cabins in South Australia, this one is the best. Expensive, but worth it when you use all the park facilities. We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay! Lovely green grass for the powered sites with plenty of space between sites. Pool is a huge hit for all the family, the cafe is a huge hit for the parents, delicious coffee and breakfast. Clean amenities. The park also puts on services like face painting and the wildlife rangers coming through to show some of their creatures that you get to hold and pet. Had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend.

This is our third visit to Blue Lakes Holiday park. Each time it has been a great experience. The facilities are clean and spacious. The grounds are fantastic and the park is only a very short walk to the Big Blue lake. The kids had a great time especially at the indoor pool with two fantastic slides. When they say it’s an indoor heated pool it really is that. The tennis courts were a nice attraction and the kids loved that as well. A great safe park where you are really made to feel welcome by staff.

Stayed an extra night due to the high standards. Unpowered site, felt very included in the layout - given several choices. Amenities great standard, well designed & maintained. Great for children with the indoor pool area & outdoors playground, areas to ride their bikes. Close to the many sights of Mt Gambier- definitely worth the stay.
