If I could rate this minus 10000 i would. This is the worse park ive stayed at in my entire life of travelling all over Aus. Tina and Paul, the manager and maintenence man are absolutely disgusting agressive humans. Abused me in front of my child and others children because my cat was sitting outside the common area, loafed, waiting for us to go back to our room and Paul decided to stomp his foot at her and scare her into the room with us and then slammed the door and stormed off to get Tina who then proceeded to scream at me and spit on me for having my cat inside, which she wasnt and is 10yrs old, well trained, vacinated, microchipped and desexed....my PET!!!!!! Supposed pet friendly...just plain and simple...NO.. BOTH PARKS ARE THE SAME.

Great holiday park. Good facilities, nice pool area with BBQ, games room with couches, TV, pinball machines. Quiet in residential street. Some shops around 10min walk. City about 20mins.

Its in a good location to get around although the area seems a bit dodge and the small interaction with staff was good but I find it strange that this is under the big 4 banner. The roads are just gravel so kids cant scooter or blade around which really affected outside time. The facilities are old and need a makeover they feel pretty gross. Pool needs some shade and some play space for kids. I booked because it was big 4 and assumed it would have pool slides and activities but its very basic. Even the 8yo was not keen to come back. It could be great with a little love...

I have stayed here twice now, when I brought the kids it was amazing for their pool and playground and jumping pillows. The place itself is also it a quiet area. Reception was always helpful and very friendly. However both times I’ve stayed the cabins are always filthy, cups that haven’t been washed, linen with hair all over it, the toilet seat was sticky with hair and yellow substance and the shower not much better, even with a “we’ve serviced your room card” the same day. Would be a good place to stay if there was a little love and cleanliness behind it.

We booked here as it was the closest dog friendly site to the flower carnival. Considering it’s a small site in the middle of a suburb, it’s relatively quiet and we had no issues with the permanent residents. Yes the site is small, but has all the facilities you need, including local shops in walking distance. The camp is clean and tidy, albeit dated and in need of some investment and TLC. The staff work hard to try and maintain it. The ensuite site (92) was large enough for the big vans and you didn’t feel crammed in like other commercial sites. There was even a fifth wheel on site, so even though it’s small it’s accessible to bigger vans. I think it would be wise to call ahead if there’s any questions regarding accessibility etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. I only have it 3 stars based on how dated it is, but otherwise it’s a great little site.
