I've just had a most enjoyable 3 night stay on Phillip Island staying at Ingenia New haven. Friendly staff was a great start. I was rapt to have such a clean and quiet cabin with a well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfy with enough warm linen for winter. My daughter and her family camped in their caravan, the synthetic turf area was fantastic for annex. Showers and toilets 10/10 clean! Access to beach easy and so close. We look forward to the jumping pillow being operational next visit. Yes, we will stay again.

Lady at check in on 24/06/26 was wonderful. She remembered our names and always spoke to us kindly. We stayed in cabin 10, a 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean, well maintained and we slept well as the beds were comfy. The location is great if wanting to do anything around Phillip Island. It backs up on a beautiful beach front and we were able to watch the sunrise. Kids loved the games room and hiring the karts for $10 per 30 mins. Great value for money.

Nice quiet, clean, well equipped park. Great position only 5 min drive to San Remo for everything you need. The only negative was we didnt get beds that were advertised on their site for 3 bedroom cabin. Cabin was nice and clean and well equipped. Easy access to beach, which would be nice in summer, lots of shade from nice gum trees. Very quiet even when more people arrived on the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here with my family. The facilities were excellent—especially the kitchen and bathroom, which were clean, well-maintained, and very convenient. The common kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, making our stay feel comfortable and homely. One of the highlights was the private beach access, which was just a short walk from the villa—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and straight to the cabin. First impressions left us excited. The cabin was super clean and modern. It had all amenities necessary for a short stay. A couple of small things arose, but this didn’t dampen our stay, and were attended to quickly. The beach located just a stones throw was fun to explore in the mornings. We collected seashells, and explored the pools filled with fish and little crabs. There was a games room, where you could try your luck with the claw machines, play pac-man and have a round of table tennis. The jumping pillow was fun for kids, and the bbqs were clean and perfect for a cook up. Just a short stroll out of the park, a bakery that serves the most amazing treats and milk shakes left our kids buzzing! It’s a good location to stay, with just a 10 minute drive to forest caves, cape Woolamai surf beach and the famous chocolate factory.
