Nice caravan park. Well maintained and good amenities. Sites were a bit smaller than expected but on good quality slabs.

Good spot with a lot of turnover of caravans. Sites are a good size with concrete slabs for van and annex. Like all parks wifi was woeful even though the broadcast point was just near our site.

Put our caravan and annex on Big4 after a couple of weeks at one in Swan Valley,which ok and friendly but a bit far out and showers clean but very dated. No shower curtains. Anyway, we are house hunting and big4 is much more centta central. Great showers, with curtains in big block,and spotless ,partner says mens are the same. Smaller block not as good,older,no curtains but cleaners are 1st class. Laundry clean,machines can be left grubby but I always clean b4 use. Drier could do with a short setting just took air clothes off line on cold days. I have to pay for full full dry which I left with 23min on after use, would not mind if it remained until next user and they benefit but it's on timer and just counts down when I took my clothes out. No complaints about this place,kitchen area great though we barely used it. Pool, tick. Social room,tick. Would recommend 100%

We booked here a room for one night, because our flight should be very late landing. There was email contact for a late check-in, they should give us a email with code for the key to enter the room. I never get that email, so we didn't could check-in. We try to call them, no answer. We had to stay the hole night at the airport because there where no other rooms available. The next day i try to email the big4 park but never get any answer. Money is gone, and never spoke to anyone. So guys, don't trust this park. It is so unfair, not neet and bad service! 😡😞😭 Part 2: They promised me a refund, but after a week i havent heard or seen any sign of this.

Booked 6 months beforehand and requested room suitable for wheelchair, no stairs and two beds. Was told on arrival you have been upgraded and owe extra money, we didn’t ask to be upgraded . We got to our room which had very loose unstable stairs, one bed and a very dirty room. Food on utensils and a bent unusable fork etc. floor made our feet dirty. We asked for another room and was told no rooms available for two days, so I was trapped . Needed extra assistance to get down stairs. The receptionist was extremely rude. If it wasn’t for family finding us somewhere else to stay , it would have been the most aweful 10 days. Ps still waiting on refund 19 days later. Not good at all and will never recommend to anyone. If I could give minus -5 stars I would. Also the original cabin I ordered were all mouldy and extremely bad looking , nothing like the photos at all.
