Reception-easy going, very informative about Narooma, nothing was a problem well done ladies. 10/10. Spacious caravan sites, very kid friendly with indoor heated pool and water slides and water fountains for the kids. Amenities 10/10. Great park. Short walk to friendly stingrays and seals. Good coffee straight across the road.

What an outstanding park. The heated swimming facilities make this a must do in the colder months. The openness of the park with the river and proximity to shops is a big plus. The help reversing our van is a "marriage saver" and seems to be a feature of the Easts Holiday Parks. No one else seems to do this. Great reason to keep returning.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The sites were spacious, which made a big difference to comfort, and the park itself is beautifully presented with lovely landscaping throughout. The absolute standout was the waterpark - easily 5 stars and a huge hit with the kids! The pool was also really nice, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, especially the jumping pillow and pedal carts. The staff were another highlight - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A couple of things to note - while our site was positioned on the quieter side of the park, it was quite close to the highway, so there was a fair bit of traffic noise. The amenities closest to us were also on the older side, although we did notice there were newer, more modern ones further up the park. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly park with plenty to keep the kids happy and just a few minor drawbacks.
