Will accept late-night arrivals, and payment can be arranged the next day. The washroom complex is massive, with around 8 separate showers and 5 separate toilets in the male section. The hot water showers had impressively strong pressure. There are plenty of powered parking slots available. The powered site was around $55 per night, which was one of the cheapest options in Tasmania while still including all facilities. The kitchen facility is a bit small, but it includes everything you need.

Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and it was a great and easy check-in process. Has a little park and jumping pillow for the kids, which was great. The cabins were nice and modern. There were wallabies and wildlife at night time, which was great for the kids to spot and keep them entertained The view was lovely of Launceston however it can be quite noisy due to just off the freeway and you can hear the trucks of a night. The camp kitchen is due for a much needed upgrade. Overall had a great day

Great little park. We stayed in a powered site for 4 nights in April 2026. Staff were nice, check in process easy. They are building a new camp kitchen which is definitely needed. Be aware the park is next to the freeway and was quite noisy because of this. Asking for a site further away from the freeway end would help with noise. We loved that we could use our raised fire pit. They have lots of new fancy cabins and villas built up the hill side. Lots of evening wildlife to spot as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Big4 Launceston. Our room was so clean, bright and exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable, warm and had enough space. The bouncy pillow was a great for the kids to unwind at the end of a day exploring Launceston. There was a lot of activities in walking distance. All the staff were excellent and we appreciated the handouts of places to go and where to eat on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I travelled from Townsville to Launceston for a 3 week holiday and spent nearly the first week staying in a two bedroom villa at the park. Our villa was very modern, very clean and had everything that we could have wanted. I thought that the proximity of the highway might have caused a problem but you could not hear it once you are inside . Very central location which made it easy to find from the airport and close to everything that we wanted to visit. Could not recommend it more highly as it was perfect for our needs. Thank you for assisting in making our Tassie adventure very enjoyable.
