Family of 7. (3 adults and 4 kids). Park was fantastic for our 1 night stay and we are already planning a return stay. The amenities we're a highlight for the kids and adults - jumping pad, swimming pool, splash park, mini golf and there's more onsite. On booking, we were granted a late check out which was wonderful. Will mention we have no park experience and did have 2 vehicles, we had to leave one outside of the boom gates close to the reception as we were advised only 1 car per site, noted for future reference.

Great place to stay. We had a short stay and appreciated the location. Close to supermarkets to get supplies and food outlets if you dont feel like cooking. We were very impressed with the set and could t help think how much families would like the set up especially the play areas. Amazingly professional and friendly guy greeted us after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately I dont recall his name but he is an assest to your park. The two bedroom villa was very spacious and had everything you need. Great wifi too.

Disappointed splash park not fully operational. Needed lots of work old & parts not working. Drop slides were permanently closed. Remaining slides very sticky. Mini golf needed work. Pool had bird droppings on side & in toddler end when we went for breakfast at food van at 9.30. Would have thought that would have been cleaned first thing before residents saw. Exhaust fan in cabin needed damn good clean. Positive was beds pillows were very comfortable & great air conditioning & fans in each room. Food van had great food at reasonable cost.

We had this place booked for a few months prior to Easter weekend and we'd arrived two days before the PH. We slept the first night and our aircon turned warm. We had someone come and check it out and we were advised that changing the remote may work. If that didn't work, they would get an electrician in. The next night, it had turned warm again and we had let the reception know about it first thing in the morning. The groundsman was sent to check out our aircon and we were told that they had changed the motor out a few weeks prior and they've had nothing but trouble with it. (Yet they still put someone in the cabin). We went down for breakfast at the van and then back to reception to see what they worked out. The reception had told us that there wouldn't be an electrician available on good friday and they cannot put us anywhere else. I had asked them what we'll do if it turns warm again. And she had said there's nothing we can do because there are no rooms available. We were charged free the first night and 50% off our second night and a refund for rest and we are now staying with family. Pretty poor considering its Easter Weekend with our kids and we booked months in advance, yet they still put people in rooms that they know they're having trouble with. Two devastated kids that cant enjoy a family vacation on holidays.

This place is average to say the least. Definitely wouldn’t rush there with your family. Splash park hardly working full Of black mould. Two slide connected to the main pool don’t have enough water running making them a bit of a hazard. Dirty nappies and rubbish everywhere We ended up leaving and not staying the night as there were lots of questionable male residents making our stay also feel unsafe
