What a fantastic place to stay,right on the beach. Staff were welcoming, there was an issue with my booking. This was a Booking.com error, however Staff ensured me they would fix it. Cabins are spacious and clean. I maked Rooms 4 star was due to the lounge being so low. The cabin was an accessible cabin, which was great, but the lounge was the let down. I struggled to get up off it due to how low it was. Definitely would stay here again and I recommend that others give it a go.

We stayed at a ensuite site and it was honestly a bit disappointing. The thing that upset me the most though was that you can see into the ensuite clear as day!!!!! There is only a sheer curtain, so if you use the bathroom especially at night you can see in and see everything!!!!! Absolutely just lazy of the park honestly. It made me feel uncomfortable and violated when realising that people could see in when I was getting changed. When Ingenia replies to this comment, I hope they include that they have taken action and simply changed the curtains, otherwise don’t take the time to reply. People pay extra for ensuites, it is absolutely disrespectful to have such a lack of privacy. Further, the toilet had not been cleaned properly and you could tell someone had used it, if you catch my drift. The more we looked around the ensuite we could tell it was not the cleanest. It was dusty and the shower curtain had stains on it. You only get views of the beachfront if you book the cabins which is not really made clear as if you book a campsite you do not get to have a choice in were you will be located in the park. The staff members were very welcoming and the park did have a nice atmosphere. If I had of known the ensuite would have been like this I would have not paid the extra for it and just used the communal ammenities instead.

Had an amazing stay here for a week. Fantastic spot right on the beach (literally 50 metres from the cabin), and very close by the Eden township. Pricing and staff were excellent, and fantastic facilities.

Located close to downtown Eden, this campsite features a beautiful beach and is clean. The restrooms and showers were all clean and nice. I highly recommend the Power Site at $42 per night. The reception staff were also friendly.

We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Eden Beachfront and had a fantastic experience. Our cabin was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and easy to settle into. The views are absolutely impeccable, waking up and seeing the ocean right there never gets old. The direct beachfront access is a huge plus. Being able to wander down to the beach at any time of day, whether for an early morning walk or a sunset stroll, really makes this place special. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Late check-in and early check-out were handled smoothly and without any stress, making the whole trip feel effortless. I would absolutely come back here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal holiday destination perfect for couples, families, or anyone wanting a peaceful beach escape.
