We were fortunate to get a cabin upgrade in a fully booked resort.we met interstate family members and had seamless check ins and 2 car parking near pools and cafe. Lots of variety in pools and activities mini golf basketball tennis pedal buggies but all the children just smashed the water slides so much laughter splashing and trick sliding was great to be a part of and fully supervised. Nearly all facilities covered on site or nearby. We were impressed great friendly staff beautiful gardens loved it

This is definitely the go to van park in Cairns, especially for families!!! staff are friendly and working around the huge area to keep it tidy during peak times. The amenity area is clean, however lacks the smell of freshness and needs an extra tidy up during peak times. Laundry facilities are $6 each load /dry and laid out in a large area for ease of access The onsite cafe is reasonably priced and offers great quality foods This was our longest day ever in a van park, we actually left our van on site whilst we took a tour for 4 nights, being a safer and cheaper option than van storage. Bus stop is outside the front and you travel into the city for 50c Overall the park is more expensive for site fees, but sourcing a deal is the go as it does offer families lots of activities

Fantastic holiday park! So much love and detail has gone into this park and it’s noticed. Our unit was spot on for our needs. So spacious after spending 3 weeks in a camper van. The washer & dryer in our unit were especially pleasant. Kids loved the water park and pools. Our 3yr old gained much water confidence in your pool. Thank you.

Clean, safe, open, relaxed a breathe of fresh air compared to some camp sites. Clean showers, many toilets, clean cooking area and sink, amazingly maintained gardens… lovely phone service by the receptionist super friendly and helpful. I felt instantly relaxed and safe brought the dog too. Would return. Honestly a great park. 5 stars

We absolutely loved staying at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut and ended up coming back multiple times throughout our trip around Queensland – it became our go-to spot whenever we were passing through or needed a comfortable base! From the first check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with big smiles and going out of their way to help with local tips, booking tours, or just a quick chat. The whole place felt spotless – rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained every single time we returned. No mould, no weird smells, just bright, airy accommodation that was a real treat after long drives or camping stretches. The facilities are fantastic too – great pool for cooling off in the Cairns heat, clean amenities blocks, and plenty of space to relax. It’s family-friendly but perfect for couples or solo travellers as well. Location is super convenient for exploring the reef, city, or heading north/south. We kept choosing to come back here because it was reliable, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable – a real highlight of our trip. Highly recommend – you won’t be disappointed!
