We stayed in the riverfront cabins for two weeks - great views and beautiful location. Cabins are well equipped with BBQ, cooking accessories, plates, etc. Basic cleaning stuff supplied (cloths, mop, etc.). Staff were polite. Grounds and landscaping are very well kept. Car parking easy and visitor parking is also very close. The cabins are only serviced once per week - which is not suitable as you need towels changed at least every 3-4 days, plus floors need to be cleaned, etc. Some minor maintenance issues (windows and door rails dirty, so you cannot slide them open/closed smoothly - the screen door kept coming off the rails). The park washing machines had issues as well. Overall, it is a very nice place in a great location - just need to pay more attention to preventative maintenance. Highly recommend the riverfront cabins!

Location is great - we have stayed many times. The park is very nice with big, flat caravan sites. This time though, since it changed management, was a disaster for us. The Reservations team are hopeless. They are not onsite, they donβt know the park, and they are very unhelpful. They completely mucked up our group booking we had made 6mths prior. Thank goodness for the wonderful girl on reception when we got there who managed to juggle things around and at least found us sites together again, even though we were not where we wanted to be. AND check in times used to be 11am (pretty standard for caravan sites anywhere) but here it is now 2pm so you kinda lose half a day. Unfair when check out times are still 10am. Please change that back.

The location is genuinely unbeatable. close to everything you could need including a grocery store, great local cafΓ© with excellent food and even the Rockpool all walking distance. It makes exploring the area incredibly easy without having to travel far. The park itself is well kept clean and comfortable with facilities that are clearly maintained with care. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made for easy check in. A solid, well-run park in a fantastic location.

We recently stayed here with 6 families, including 11 young children aged 2β6, and had a very concerning experience. On the first night around 8β9 pm, a group of teenagers approached our campsite asking for food. Even after we told them to leave, they refused, lingered around, and even sat on our chairs without permission. When we asked them to go, one of them punched my husbandβs water bottle, which was intimidating and completely unacceptable. Their behaviour also escalated to racial harassment, including mocking our language. They were riding e-bikes at high speed through the campsite, which was extremely dangerous for young children. Security and police were called. We were told these teenagers were not guests and had entered due to unrestricted public access. This is a serious failure in site securityβanyone can walk into the camping area. Shockingly, the same group returned on the second night. For the first time while camping, I felt unsafe and couldnβt sleep due to concerns for my childrenβs safety. The stress and lack of rest caused me to develop a strong headache the following day. We also spoke to other Asian families staying nearby who experienced similar incidents. It appeared we were being specifically targeted. This place has a major security and safety issue, especially for families with young kids. Until proper access control and security are in place, I would not recommend staying here.

We went with our campervan for just 1 night. The office was very disorganised, sent us to 2 different sites that were already occupied. We ended up next to very, very noisy kids and chainsmokers on the other side. Both sets didnβt care about the quiet after 10pm rule or much else. The whole site was very litter heavy with plastic wrappers and crisps packages flying in the breeze. (Not good for all the wildlife!) A lot of the bbq hot plates were out of service as were some of the hobs. The amenities were ok, quite new in fact. The staff interactions we had were friendly, but this was the most expensive site by far we used, and it also was the worst by far. We would not go back!
