Our 2nd trip here with the kids and this will be the only place we come back to. The facilities are awesome (especially the fish tanks). The park is so clean and ample waste removal. Showers are amazing. Pools/slides/cabanas great. Pizza delicious, as is coffee. Front staff were super helpful!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommend! We are absolutely blown away by BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park. This place is next level! There is so much to do for both kids and adults. The children are entertained for hours, which means parents can actually relax and enjoy themselves too. From the train rides and water park to the incredible pool area, there is never a dull moment. What really stood out was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. We even had someone personally guide us into our site, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. If you’re looking for a family-friendly holiday destination on the Gold Coast, this place ticks all the boxes. Fantastic facilities, amazing staff, and endless fun for the whole family.

The park was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The facilities were outstanding, especially for the kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was perfect close to the theme parks and an easy drive to the beaches and other Gold Coast attractions. Our site was spacious and well presented, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the park and can see why it’s so highly rated. We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom bungalow at the BIG4 Holiday Park on the Gold Coast and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The park is exceptionally well set up for families, with everything designed to keep both kids and adults happy and relaxed. The location is perfect, directly across the road from the major theme park attractions, which made our stay so convenient. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and never got tired of the park’s own mini waterpark, especially the slides and splash areas. It was such a bonus having so much entertainment right within the park itself. What really stood out was how well the facilities catered for adults too. There are cabanas around the pool area, plenty of comfortable spots to relax, and refreshments and food available nearby so you can truly unwind while the kids play safely. It created such a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family visiting the Gold Coast. A fantastic holiday park in an unbeatable location!

We just got home from a 7-night stay in a family villa and honestly it was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. Our kids had an absolute ball in the water park - they never got sick of it. If we had let them, they probably would have lived there permanently. Between the slides, the pool, and the jumping pillow they were completely entertained the entire trip. One of the biggest highlights for them was riding their scooters around the park. The whole place feels really safe and family-friendly, which made it so relaxing for us as parents. The woodfire pizza was amazing, and every single amenity was fantastic. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the whole park just has such a great holiday atmosphere. The location is perfect - less than a 5 minute drive to the theme parks and surrounded by heaps of food options and entertainment. We had such an incredible time and were genuinely sad to leave. Safe to say we’ll definitely be back next year!
