The location is great, we camped so no feedback on the cabins. The Park WAS wonderful in the past. We have stayed numerous time - but NOT anymore. We were moved from our 3 pre booked sites (12 months before) of which they'd had all but $240 for the Kings Birthady weekend paid in advance with absolutely NO communication until we got there. Our new sites were poked in the corner, water logged and covered in dog poo! So we needed to clean up before we could set up. And there were other people on at least 1 of our old sites and the one next to that - and one of our new sites was the next over - so why weren't the new people put on the other 2 we got moved too?? Then we'd held a fite pit for $30 thinking that was for the weekend - nope - $30 a night is what the charge was - so as we didn't think we'd packed ours as we'd hired one I paid $90. Said hired fire pit was delivered - on going to Bunnings to get the fire wood, we saw the hired Fire pit could be purchased for $89. Lucky for us our camp buddies had packed theirs so within an hour and a half of arriving we advised that we no longer need their pit and requested a refund. Should be simple, but as there are at the moment NO Managers on site for this park, we waited 2 days to be advised we had to fill in a paper request for a refund. This has taken 10 Days, yup a full 10 days from the date of lodging said paper request for the refund to appear in my account. The front desk staff were wonderful - tried to be as helpful as possible - but we will NOT return. We've booked with another park chain - who could not be more accommodating. Such a shame, but being moved to a dirty, water logged sites with no comms, and charged the extortion rate of $90 for a fire pit.. and not being able to refund the same way they willingly took our $$ we are running for the hills!!

Lovely family holiday, stay at this caravan park was amazing. All of the facilities were great, cleaning was top notch, but what truly stood out was the incredible customer service from Anne Marie. She was so great and helped us throughout our stay. It is an excellent place for families, and our kids enjoyed it the most. We are definitely going back and will be recommending this park to everyone we know.

Spacious, clean and bright cabins. Staff are very friendly & courteous. This was our 3rd time staying at Park Lane Bendigo. It’s a great place to stay for our annual visit to the Woollen Mills. Good place for kids to play on the jumping pillow. Recommend this park.

What a fantastic find! My wife and I stayed for one night in a cabin but we enjoyed it so much we easily could have stayed for a week. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. ​ ​The check-in process was fast and easy. We were met with a wonderful welcome at reception. ​Our cabin was absolutely brilliant. It felt brand new and was spotlessly clean. It was surprisingly spacious, nicely furnished, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. ​The park itself is in a great location with very pleasant, well-maintained surroundings. It’s a peaceful spot that feels well-organized and welcoming. ​ What a great choice! If you are looking for a pleasant and super comfy accommodation in Bendigo, this is it. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at BIG4 Bendigo Park Lane. The rooms were fantastic—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped with plenty of in-room facilities. The park itself is outstanding, especially for families with children. The facilities are excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the play centre, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. During a catastrophic fire warning, they remained calm, provided clear advice, and genuinely helped guests feel safe and supported, which was very reassuring. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to families.
