We had a great stay at BIG4 Bellarine and really enjoyed the facilities. The grounds are well maintained, clean, and there's so much to do for all ages. We loved having access to pickleball, the swimming pool, gym, yoga, toddler playroom, playgrounds, soccer and football areas, a movie room, and the beer garden. There was always something to keep everyone entertained. A special thank you to Isabella at reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived and was always happy to answer any questions. I also wanted to mention the night managers. Mark was fantastic—friendly, approachable, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with Steve wasn't as positive, and I wasn't happy with how he handled things during our stay. There were only a couple of areas that could be improved. Some parts of the park could use better lighting at night, as it was quite dark in certain areas, and the Wi-Fi was fairly slow at times. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay thanks to the excellent facilities and the great service from most of the staff. We'd happily return in the future.

Absolutely loved our week stay at big4 Bellarine. The facilities were all nice and new, our cabin was so clean. Campsites were large. Kids activities, jump pillow, playground and indoor pool were awesome. Also had great kids entertainment for school holidays. We would love to return

Stayed for a long weekend with our caravan and the kids. Very big powered site. Check in and check out, including the late check out option for a small extra amount, was super easy and the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of things to do for the kids, including the pool, jumping pillows (three actually), a big playground, go karts, basketball and a flying fox. We will definitely come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this holiday park to others. The facilities were great especially the large heated indoor pool, everything is brand new and very clean. The powered sites are flat and huge. I only have good things to say. Please continue at this high standard.

Just got back from a 2 night stay here. We stayed in a 3bdrm cabin. The cabin was clean and tidy and beds comfortable, although the rail on the top bunk rattled every time you moved, and the ceiling fans bang all night. Kitchen is minimumly supplied. The pans are very cheap and burn literally everything you attempt to cook. The park is clean and tidy, with a lot of facilities for families. Unfortunately the pool was filthy, murky, full of clumps of hair and the bottom was slippery and slimy. A few of us slipped and hurt ourselves on the steps in the pool. The playground is amazing, as is the flying fox! The kids loved everything about it. They had an absolute ball playing all afternoon. Added touches like free sports equipment and DVDs are fantastic, although a lot of the DVDs could do with replacing as they are scratched. Due to family circumstances we had to leave our trip one night early. All in all it was an ok stay.
