Stayed a week with 3 children, the team were amazing happy to help at any time! You could actively see staff cleaning and maintaining the property. The activities each day were amazing! Honestly we were doing the tourist thing but could have easily spent the whole week at the site, we booked off peak and pricing was great!. 10/10 highly recommend- WE WILL BE BACK!

We absolutely loved our stay. There was so much to do for the kids, school holidays activities were not only affordable with 3 kids but they were all fantastically run. The pools and waterslides provided heaps of fun, put put was a clear winner for our kids and great playground that worked well for our kids 5/3. The train with Batman and Spider-Man also made our kids day! Facilities were clean, staff were super helpful. We will be back. THANK YOU!

We recently stayed here, we were able to extend our stay at check in which was awesome. The cabin as perfect for our needs and had all the things, linen, cutlery and crockery, things to cook with etc The park is kept ever so clean and there are bins for everything (general waste/recycling) everywhere. There’s food options and the activities sheet is updated weekly. There’s lots to do if you want to get involved and that includes bingo, games for the kids. There some upgrades going on, which is great to see. I need to shoutout to Demi on reception. Always friendly and happy, nothing is too much of an ask and she’ll happily chat away to you. We had a fantastic stay at the Airlie Beach BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort! As a family with two young boys, there was so much to keep everyone entertained. The facilities are outstanding, especially the pools, water park, playgrounds and all the activities available for kids. One thing that really stood out was the pool area. The lifeguards were vigilant and attentive, always keeping a close eye on what was happening but they weren’t over the top or constantly blowing whistles. They struck the perfect balance between safety and allowing families to relax and enjoy themselves, which made for a really positive experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole resort had a welcoming family atmosphere. Our boys had an absolute ball and were never short of something fun to do. We made some wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Airlie Beach with children. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at this Big 4 property for 7 nights overall and had a mostly positive experience. The facilities and general atmosphere were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The park itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a good location, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. However, there were a couple of issues with the kitchen facilities that were disappointing. One of the BBQs was out of service for the entire duration of my stay, and 2 out of the 4 gas burners were also not working the whole time. This made cooking a bit inconvenient, especially during busier periods when other guests were also trying to use the remaining facilities. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I still had a good stay. With better maintenance of the shared kitchen equipment, this would have easily been an excellent experience.
