Was a good park but very tight for vans, especially bigger vans!!! Kids enjoyed the place and warm pool was a bonus. Nice and central for day trips in the region.

Spent a few nights here. Campgrounds are well maintained with sites being mostly level with concrete pads for awnings. Some tent sites are available. The camp kitchen has enough appliances for most travellers. Toilets were clean and modern looking. Love the personal garbage bins at each site. Enjoyed Pur stay here.

Great place! Quiet and relaxed. We stayed in a family ensuite villa, that was clean, roomy and well appointed with everything needed. The heated pool was a nice surprise and the well maintained BBQ area was great.

Very disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I stayed at this campsite because we work in the area and needed a place to stay for at least two months or even longer. We asked if it was possible to get a better price for a long stay, but we were told that the prices change day by day. In the end, they offered us an extremely expensive price, with no real difference between a powered or unpowered site. It honestly made no sense, especially considering that I stayed at other campsites nearby for only a few days and paid much less. The staff was also not friendly at all. One evening we parked near the kitchen because it was raining and, after working nine hours, it was more convenient since our tent was on the other side of the campsite. The next day we did not park there anymore — we only stopped for a moment to pick up a power bank and leave immediately — but a staff member still started yelling at us very rudely. Also, the covered areas that are supposed to protect long-term campers from the rain did not help at all. Almost every morning our tent was completely soaked. Overall, the prices are far too high for the service provided, and the staff’s attitude was very disrespectful. I would not recommend this campsite.

We stayed in a cabin at NRMA Atherton Tablelands Caravan Park and unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. On arrival, our first cabin was clearly not cleaned properly — there were ants, and it just felt dirty and uncomfortable. We spoke to staff, who were genuinely lovely and very accommodating, and they moved us to another cabin without any issue, which we really appreciated. However, even the second cabin still fell well short of expectations. While slightly better, it was still noticeably unclean. There were marks and grime on walls and doors, dirt along skirting boards, build-up around bathroom fittings, and visible dust and mould (including on the ceiling fan and curtains). It felt like the cabin hadn’t had a proper deep clean in quite some time. It’s a shame, because the location itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff really were friendly and helpful throughout. But cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately that just wasn’t met during our stay. With better housekeeping standards and attention to detail, this place could be great — but based on our experience, it didn’t meet the standard we were hoping for.
