We have just spent two months at BIG4 Maroochy River, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The park is beautifully maintained, the amenities are always clean, and having the laundry facilities on site made long-term camping so much easier. But what really made our stay so special was the incredible team. Sam in the office is absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly and happy to help with anything. Lisa, the groundskeeper, is one of the hardest-working and kindest people Brett and I have had the pleasure of meeting. And a huge shout-out to Jules, who keeps everything spotless. She does an incredible job and is an absolute legend! The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and the park. If you’re looking for a beautiful caravan park on the Sunshine Coast with fantastic facilities and even better people, we can’t recommend BIG4 Maroochy River highly enough. We recently stayed at BIG4 Maroochy River Caravan Park and honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. As newcomers to the park, we were incredibly impressed when a staff member came out with the tractor and expertly helped back our caravan onto the site. It took all the stress out of setting up and made us feel welcome straight away. The service didn't stop there. When it was time to leave, the staff were once again there to help us hook up our van, which was greatly appreciated. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The park itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The amenities were spotless throughout our stay, with the toilets and showers absolutely immaculate. It's clear the team takes great pride in keeping the facilities in top condition. We also loved the fire pits in the evenings – such a fantastic atmosphere and a great place to relax after a day out. The park even hosted a pancake morning for guests. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to attend, but it's a wonderful touch that shows how much effort the park puts into creating a great experience for visitors. Overall, the combination of friendly, helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, excellent facilities and welcoming atmosphere made this one of the best caravan parks we've stayed at. We will definitely be back and highly recommend BIG4 Maroochy River Caravan Park to anyone looking for a fantastic caravan park experience

Great location for a river stay. The 'valet' parking of your caravan is greatly appreciated after long or short driven. Makes set up less stressful. Handy to shops if you need to top up supplies. Love the herb garden. We have taken a small sample of each.. so fresh. Staff do a great job keeping the park and amenities clean. The gardens and shrubs and trees make a difference and are well kept. Office staff are very happy and helpful.

This is our second stay at Maroochy River Caravan Park. It is a beautifully presented and immaculately clean park that offers dog friendly stays right on the Maroochy River and central to all the action of the Sunny Coast. We will definitely be coming back as the price is reasonable and the amenities are spotless. They even offer guests a pancake breakfast at on one the immaculate camp kitchens on Wednesday mornings. We love the place. Can’t wait for our next stay.

We had a great stay for nearly 2 weeks here, great staff, accom was awesome and the location (right opposite the Maroochydore River) was spectacular. The only downside was the small pool but other than this insignificant issue, this place is highly recommended and family friendly. All the staff (from start to finish) were very friendly and alway up for a chat. The park was immaculate at all times. We will definitely be back!!
