We stayed for three nights in one of the three-bedroom units, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The heating unit in our apartment did not work. Considering it was winter, this is unacceptable. We were given a portable heater instead, but that’s not a proper substitute for a functioning heating system in a unit that’s being rented out. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. We could barely connect, making it practically unusable throughout our stay. Housekeeping was another letdown. We used the same towels for all three days because no one came to service the unit or even offer fresh towels. To make matters worse, the receptionist showed little interest in listening to our concerns. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service we received this time. Before renting out a unit, management should ensure that essential amenities—especially the heating during winter—are fully functional. Guests shouldn’t have to discover these problems after checking in.

We had a wonderful stay at Big4 Anglesea and created some fantastic family memories. The park was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention for the café, which served excellent barista made coffee and great service every morning. The highlight for our family was definitely the indoor heated pool. It was by far the warmest indoor pool we’ve experienced in Victoria, sitting around 32 to 34 degrees. It was perfect for winter and the kids absolutely loved spending hours in the water without feeling cold. Highly recommend Big4 Anglesea for families looking for a relaxing getaway with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I recently had a one night stay at BIG4 Anglesea Holiday Park and one night wasn't enough. We had a wonderful time. We have two small children and they LOVED everything the park had to offer. The pool, animal statues, real animals (lots of hungry cockatoos and even a kangaroo) the playground and games room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome and all the facilities were clean and well equipped for what we needed. It's also a nice size so nothing is too out of the way which with two small kids was a huge win. The only negative was the waterslide was kids only, no adults which broke my heart just a tiny bit. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at 50+ holiday parks around Australia and this is one of the best run family parks. The facilities are so well done with the very large indoor heated pool, playgrounds, jumping pillows, games rooms and common areas. The staff are lovely and the location is a 5 ish minute walk to town. If you have a family, this is your place to stay in Angelsea, it felt so safe and clean, food trucks daily (sometimes morning and night) and also some shows for the kids like science and magic. The resident kangaroo was also cool!

We had a fantastic stay at BIG4 Anglesea! The location was perfect—close to the beach and shops, which made everything so convenient. Our cabin was immaculate, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We loved seeing kangaroos and cockatoos around—it was such a delight for our daughter. The facilities were excellent: the jumping pillow was a huge hit, and the indoor heated pool was perfect. The customer service at the reception desk was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We’ve already been raving about BIG4 Anglesea to our family and friends, and we can’t wait to come back. Overall, just a fantastic park!
