We stayed in a pet friendly cabin for two weeks. The cabin was clean and modern and had wonderful views of the wetlands. It was lovely to be able to have our two cats stay with us. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the holiday park was really well laid out with a modern and clean laundry. The local shopping centre was only a few minutes away and included a decent sized Woolworths. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay there again.

We love this park and stay every year for our family holiday. It's always clean and well maintained and the staff are really lovely and accommodating. The heated pool and spas are an added bonus. Its super pet friendly with an off-leash dog park area and dog wash. The whole back area of the park is set up for pets. There are new things there for the kids each time we stay. Even though it's a little way from the center of town it's really easy and quick to get to all the great places for families such as the entertainment center with ten pin bowling, go-carting & laser tag and mini golf by using the ring road that goes around. Supermarket is also close. Highly reccomend.

We haven't been here in years and the upgrades are absolutely amazing. Big pool that's suitable for toddlers and adults. Big trees that make it feel like a bit of a forest sanctuary. Great facilities for kids - the pool area has shallow paddle areas for small kids, lap pool for adults, a spa and big TV to watch in there. There's a jumping balloon and different games areas for the whole family. Loads of dog friendly sites and a lovely fenced park area with a water cascade and a pond that our dogs played in. Plus chickens you can feed. The fenced dog friendly sites and cabins are towards the back of the park and are very quiet. It feels more like a mini nature farm resort than a caravan park. Highly recommend if you're in Ballarat!!

This park has a little village feel from the design of the cabins to the lovely gardens throughout. Seemed to be lots of drive through sites, with small gardens separating the sites. I loved the newly renovated amenities block - with the heated shower room and toilets separated. Thanks also for Ballarat radio playing in these for a local touch! Lots of added extras like the heated pool and excellent play equipment - even a gym! We had a problem with our jockey wheel on exit and the staff at the park were very kind. The maintenance staff were patient and really helped us sort out the issue. The park is a little out of the CBD, but Ballarat is a big spread out city and most attractions are a drive anyway. We loved our stay, thank you so much.

These people who run this place are truly amazing. We made a last-minute change to our booking from Friday to Saturday, and even though they were nearly fully booked, they went out of their way to accommodate us in another cabin. They even had it cleaned and ready for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the pet-friendly area is just fantastic. The little pet park is such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place with exceptional service we absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!
